The fully equipped RED Studio for two people has a kitchen anex (containing a cooker and a fridge) and a bathroom. Additionally it has a LAN internet connection and TV-sat.
The SKY Apartment has two rooms (living-room with a roll-away sofa and a bedroom with a double bed). It is fully equipped with kitchen anex (containing a cooker and a fridge), bathroom, washing-machine and TV-sat.

This set of two joined apartments has an entire surface of 70 meters sq. This is a very comfortable and convenient set of apartments for parties of two or three couples. In fact you have three rooms, two bathrooms, two TV-sets and if a need arises can have you two separate entrance doors.

To make your stay more luxurious you can always have the living-room to share. In this offer parties of six can be accommodated with the maximum of privacy.

The city bus and tram stops and the taxi stand are only 3 minutes away on foot. In the building there is one more similar apartment on offer. As the house is set in the very centre (zone A) the car can only be parked in the nearby zone C or on the car parks and not in front of the building.
